Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Terra GO Shop. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and store credit.

1.   Return Window

Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests submitted after this window will not be eligible for exchange or store credit.

📅 The 7-day window begins from the date your order is confirmed as delivered. We recommend inspecting your item promptly upon receipt.

 

2.         Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The item arrived visibly damaged
  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect

Items returned for reasons other than the above — such as a change of mind or compatibility issues — will not qualify.

 

3. Non-Refundable Policy

We do not provide cash refunds under any circumstances. Approved returns may qualify for one of the following resolutions:

🔄Product Exchange We'll send you a replacement of the same or equivalent item.

🏷️Store Credit Credit applied to your Terra GO account for a future purchase.

ℹ️ The resolution offered will depend on product availability and the nature of the issue at the time of approval.

 

4. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible, returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

✓ In original, unaltered condition

✓ Includes all original packaging and accessories

✗ No physical damage caused by misuse or mishandling

✗ Not tampered with, modified, or opened beyond normal product use

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

 

5. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  • Contact our support team Email us at info@terrasofthq.com within the 7-day window.
  • Provide your order details Include your order number and a clear description of the issue.
  • Attach photos Where applicable, share clear photos of the damage or incorrect item.
  • Await confirmation Our team will review your request and send return instructions if approved.

⏱️ We aim to respond to all return requests within 1–2 business days of receiving your email.

 

6.         Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are handled as follows:

  • Error by Terra GO (wrong item, damaged, defective) — return shipping is covered by us
  • All other cases — the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Our support team will provide specific instructions for returning your item once your request is approved.

 

7.  Inspection & Approval

All returned items undergo inspection upon receipt before any exchange or store credit is issued.

Terra GO reserves the right to decline a return if the item does not meet the stated conditions, or if the claim cannot be verified. You will be notified of the outcome once the inspection is complete.
