All orders placed through the website are subject to acceptance and availability.

We accept secure payments through Paystack, including:

M-Pesa

Prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise stated.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver within Kenya only. Estimated delivery timelines:

Nairobi: Same day or within 1 business day
Outside Nairobi: 1–2 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit

Customers may request returns within 7 days of delivery where the product is defective, incorrect, or damaged upon delivery.

We do not provide cash refunds. Approved returns may qualify for a product exchange or store credit.

Returned items must be in original condition, include original packaging, and not show signs of misuse or damage.

6. Device Usage & Responsibility

Terra GO products are designed to support personal visibility and location assistance. However:

The products do not guarantee prevention of loss, theft, or harm.
Customers remain responsible for supervising minors and personal belongings.
Terra GO shall not be liable for incidents arising from misuse, device unavailability, connectivity issues, or third-party service interruptions.
