How do I connect the tag to my phone?
Once your Terra Go band or bag tag arrives, simply link it to your phone using Apple Find My on iPhone or Find Hub on Android. It takes less than five minutes.
How often do I get updates, can I get on WhatsApp?
If your child's school is onboarded on Terra Go, you will receive direct WhatsApp updates at key moments of the school run i.e. when they board, when they arrive, and if there are any delays or route changes. If you have ordered directly as a parent, you can check your child's location anytime through Apple Find My on iPhone or Find Hub on Android.
What if the tag gets lost?
No need to worry, you can order a replacement directly from our shop at KSH 3,500.
How long is the battery life?
The Terra Go band and bag tag are designed to last up to one year on a single battery cycle.
